NAFTA would be the biggest continental success ever if the US, Mexico and Canada could all see eye to eye on Marijuana Law. If the US makes the first step, the rest of North Americans would follow and we would make a real difference in the world philosophy (created by the DEA) on drugs. Our documentary addresses the issue of cartels vs. mom and pop NorCal grower and those who grow personally vs. those who grow for the dispensaries.
